Register and list your property

The price is gross, including the statutory German value-added tax of 19% (as of 08/2026); Terra Mia Immobiliare is seated in Germany. Businesses elsewhere in the EU receive the invoice without VAT shown (reverse charge), provided the VAT ID is supplied and confirmed during checkout; a VAT ID handed in afterwards requires the invoice to be cancelled and re-issued. Customers outside the EU are charged no German VAT — business and private alike. In every case the amount payable stays the same.
