One listing slot, stated openly

€89 180-day term

One subscription covers exactly one listing slot for 180 days, regardless of how many enquiries arrive in that time. The €89 price is gross, including 19% German VAT (as of 08/2026); Terra Mia Immobiliare is seated in Germany. Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a VAT ID confirmed during checkout, and customers outside the EU, receive the invoice without German VAT; the amount payable stays the same. Once the 180 days run out, the listing stops being shown; there is no automatic renewal, and a new subscription can be started at any time. The seller receives an invoice for the payment.
